After the success of the Innaugural Northern Highlights Festival in June last year featuring the Hendon Band, the Castleford Citadel Songsters of the Salvation Army are pleased to announce their guests for this years fundraising event in aid of the Clarence Adoo Trust.
Current Yorkshire, British Open and European Champions, the Yorkshire Building Society Band under the guest direction of Garry Cutt will be performing at the St Georges Church in Central Leeds on Saturday 19th June 2004.
Many will be aware Clarence Adoo's background and the trust that supports his ongoing treatment since his tragic accident in August 1995. His profession of strong Christian beliefs and demonstration of courage in such a time have been an inspiration to many and the those in attendance on the June 19th will have the opportunity to see and hear Clarence, as he will be the special guest for the evening. Please visit www.clarence.org.uk for more information about Clarence and the trust that supports him.
Ticket information is to be finalised shortly, but please contact me through a PM or email so you can be contacted with full details once all is confirmed. The demand for tickets is likely to be very high so don't be left disappointed: support Clarence by being part of what promises to be an inspirational and exciting evening of music
