Its a pointy teaspoon with little cutty bits on it (there's a word to describe them, but my mind's gone blank)....like those found on blunt knifes

I agree though, grapefruit spoons with their 'serrated' edges are good for getting into the Muller corners.

Cant stick the fruit though!
