what to do?

I have a friend at college wanting to go into primary teaching and he's doing AS physics, chemistry, maths & geography. Next year, i think he's dropping chemistry and picking up an AS in Further Maths. Although I'm sure the qualifications don't have to be as "academic" as these.

I have another friend doing English, History, Chemistry and Psycology, also wanting to go into primary school teaching, so i really think you should do what you're good at and enjoy, as long as you have a decent GCSE grade in english, maths & sci, you should be fine (and if not, you can always re-take them at sixth form!)
