hey everyone

Just saying high from "across the pond" as they say.

Going to times square (the biggest billboard in the world!!!!!!!) in a minute with a throbing headache -----maybe due to the fact that my friend is eating a lolly with a CRICKEt in it!

This is the latest post I've ever posted and it's only 7.30 NY time!!!!!

Presumably you only got as far as the ferry... :)

My daughter just came back, this was her 16th birthday present and also passing standard grade exams present. She was visiting relatives and had a ball. Hubby also studied there for a year but poor me hasn't been yet.

Have a great time 8)

We went there with band for a day trip a few weeks ago. Was a cool place apart from some of us ending up in the Bronx when we first got there, think we picked the wrong subway station to get off at!

Have a good time!

You've got further than my brother did. He was revising for A level history when he visited the States so he took lots of text books. Nice books about Karl Marx and the Russian revolution, etc etc. And they checked his bags on the way in...

Before 11-9 it was possibly the worst thing he could have done!

Cheers
