Anyone know who has arranged this and where I can get it from.

Have played a handwritten arrangement with a Cornet Trio feature years ago - thought it was by Stephen Roberts but can't find it anywhere

We recorded with Sellers in 1997 on the CD 'The Band Played On'.

a cornet trio played by Kirsty Abbotts, Darren Stott and Richard Hanson.

It is by Steohen Roberts and the publisher bit on the CD says Tanglewood. I think it is only in manuscript, but may be worth trying to get hold of Stephen Roberst himself.
