Anyone have any idea where I could get either ten piece or full band arrangements of William Walton's Birthday Fanfare or Anniversary Fanfare?

Sorry Paul, I did say I'd chase this up. (He asked me a while ago....) According to our database, the Birthday fanfare was written for 7 trumpets and percussion. Anniversary Fanfare? Don't think a BB version's been done. OUP are the owners so I guess they'd know!
