Urgent PRS Brass Band related query

Just come across a title unknown to me, by (according to one of our databases) Goff Richards, entitled 'St Mary's Church'. Publisher details are sketchy. Is this a proper work in its own right or is it an extract of another work? (which it sounds like it could be) Anyone know out there? Any help gratefully received!

I think it's a movement of a piece called 'Cherchebi' which was the 3rd section finals test piece last year.
