it all really depends what is around these notes. for example to make it easier on the fingers in St. Magnus, where there are lots of crazy semiquaver top-end horn parts (runs up to top E. and F (E#) in solo horn. I do a lot of alternate fingering as opposed to the fingering where the note comes easiest.
but the easiest for me would probably be
top C - open
C# - 2nd
D - open
D# - 2nd
E - open
F - 1st
F# - 2nd
G - open
G# - 1,2,3
A - open
A# - 1
never got a B (yet) :p
