The next Manchester social

Manchester [similar format to previous socials (pub-crawl!!)]

Why not have the social in Blackpool since a load of bands will be there anyway? That way more tMPers can attend. Have one in Manchester if you like but I can't see many people going. Just an idea! :wink:

Great idea Lauradoll, TMP at blackpool would be class, especially as you say, so many would be there already.
Could be messy though, Blackpool usually is... great day though.

well we will be having a meet up at blackpool... thing is people will be all over the place playing and then socialising with their bands and it is not the same as a dedicated tMP social....

re: people not attending- the last one was really successful and attendance at these sort of things only really gets better when they are established.

It would be nice to put a face to a few of the names on here and also get to know everyone better.

Just to put my case further forward, I can offer a sofa and an airbed for the night if required (as long as you are not allergic to dogs or cats)!

it would be really good to put some faces to all these names but i have one query...u guys all seem to know each other really well, is that coz of tMP or are you all mates/in same bands etc? coz it might be a bit awkward for newbies like me if that is the case!

and yes im a wimp. tho i can gaurantee you will all be my new best friends after ive had a drink
