we need more young people!!!!!!!!!! im 15 and im noticing that alot of banders are slightly older than my generation!! what will happen in about 30 years when they are all retireing and we have no 'fresh' blowers?? plus its hard to find a relationship in banding because of there being hardly any young people AND out of banding because of the time taken up being committed to brass :cry:

Im 19 and I agree with some of the above, having a lot of young people does show that at least the brass players arent dying out and we have something there for the future.
