Following the last Quarterly Forum meeting held in January, there have been a number of amendments to our Contesting, Registration and Day Transfer rules. These have all been updated on the website and the relevant documents have been sent to member bands today.
The key points to be aware of are:
- the scaba Registry is only open to bands and individual players who are not Nationally registered.
- players with a National (BBP) registration may not have a scaba registration with any other band.
- 2nd and 3rd section bands may now borrow up to 6 players at a contest, including up to 3 from 1 section higher.
