Under the first class direction of Major Ian McElligott, we have vacancies for Eb Basses, 2nd and Bass Trombone, Front Row and 3rd Cornet. Situated just off Jct13 M25 with our own purpose built band room, we are a very friendly band and would welcome ANY new players. Rehearsals Mon & Thurs 8-10pm
Also required are good and friendly drinkers for the band pub immediately after rehearsals. :guiness :guiness :guiness

Without being biased as a member of Staines Brass and also a Military musician, but Major Ian McElligott has to be the best conductor I have ever worked under.

His somewhat 'Clinical' approach is second to none and the way he gets what he wants certainly keeps rehearsals(masterclass even!) so worthwhile as well as keeping the band motivated, despite lacking a few players at the moment.

No-one gets away with anything but gains everything!
