What can I legally do in this country I couldn't do yesterday?

I'm not sure there is anything that you can do that you couldn't already do before you was 21, except get in m-bar-go in Tyldesley..... they have a 21 age limit!

As long as you have held a full driving licence for 3 years then you may sit next to someone who is learning to drive! http://www.dvla.gov.uk/drivers/learn2dr.htm#1. Cars

Adoption

Indeed. There are several catergories and weights, and you're not allowed to drive them all until you're 21 (as far as I know!)
