Rachel is totally right here in saying that tMP is indeed a free service, and that advantage of it should not be taken. It is a fine line here that the Mods have to take into account, and I back them all the way. Maybe we need to be clearer about what are considered acceptable time intervals between bumping posts, and maybe we should more clearly define what we feel is a "critical" or "serious" need. We are open to your thoughts and observations...
If a player is seriously looking for a band to play with, then I am certain they will look into all the threads posted here offering vacancies, not just those on the top (
and therefore most recent ) - of the list.
If you have an urgent request for a player, it is easy to PM or email one of your tMP team of Mods who's role it is to do their utmost to help you. If you have an urgent request then do get in touch with us.
