NABBC AREA TEST PIECE WORKSHOPS.

Once again, the time has arrived for lower section bands to place a great deal of time and effort into the plan of attack for the Area Contests.
The National Association of Brass Band Conductors have organised, as they have for the past few years, Area Test Piece Workshops around the country. All areas committees, with the exception of the South East, have arranged conductors, bands and venues, which are open to the public and available for everyone interested to attend. Does that mean we can expect some middle-of-the-road, non-controversial interpretations :?:

Wooo ... I get to work on all (bar the top) section test pieces. I've no problem with this ... but it means I have to get up on a Sunday! :)

I fancy this but dont know if Glasgow or Huddersfield is a better night out. Might as well make a weekend of it in any case.

How much is it to join as a member, whats the criteria to join and what do you get out of it apart from a free place at a workshop?? :?
