Lower Section Bands

Sadly, the use of a derogatory term for lower section bands is creeping into a couple of threads recently.
Many of the players in the Championship section will have come through Youth and Lower section bands and we should be showing a little more respect for their efforts.

Posts will be edited to remove any future use of this term.

Just for the record can I point out that any of my posts that have been edited have been because I have unwittingly quoted a naughty word in my reply. I would never use one myself.
