Lord of the Dance

A few years ago I played an arrangement of the hymn tune Lord of the Dance. I believe it was arranged by Phillip Wilby but can't be 100% certain.

What I do remember is that the piece had been specially arranged for use in BBC TVs Songs of Praise programme. As we wish to purchase this piece can somebody please confirm the arranger so I can get the right piece.

Thanks

Believe it or not, it's called 'Lord of the Dance' and is published by Rosehill. It's also used as the second movement from Philip's 'Partita for Band - Postcards from Home' which is well worth considering. Both are available seperately.

I think the music used on Songs of Praise was the Goff Richards arrangement of Simple Gifts. We are playing it at the moment and has part of tune on bass line.
