Just come across an old silver cornet mouthpiece inscribed with the great Harry's signature and made by Besson. Just wondered what else carried "famous" signature stamps these days and are they worth anything.

I've got a piece of paper with the signature of the Chief Cashier of the Bank of England on it - I think it's worth about a fiver :!: :oops: :lol:

I remember a Sov cornet with Phil McCann's name engraved all over the bell. I don't know what the difference was between that and a normal Sov.

I wonder if it had a flexible lead pipe so you could get that unique McCann "wobble" vibrato?!! :lol: :wink:
