Hello,

Please can a moderator change the title of the "Flixton Band - Vacancies" thread to read "Flixton Band are looking for a new MD"?

Thank you in advance.

Hi

Would one of the moderators be kind enough to tweak the Corpus Christi Recruitment thread at http://www.themouthpiece.com/vb/showthread.php?t=37150
so that the title reads
Corpus Christi Band, Leeds: Players required - most sections
and the first article has the customary 'latest vacancies at the bottom of the thread' message.

Thanks - and thanks also for all the work you do on the site!

question.??
Our band still has an old thread on recruitment corner which we need to remove. the originator has now left the band so is unlikely to remove it themselves......how do you do it??

You don't. The tMP policy is one recruitment thread per band. We don't remove old threads and we don't remove old posts in the threads (unless they violate our rules). It is the opinion of the tMP team that the recruitment history of the band is useful information to those who might consider joining.

Simply post your new information in the existing thread.

BTW, even the originator of the thread could not remove it. There is a short period (a few minutes) after someone posts when they are permitted to edit their post, and then only a moderator or administrator can edit or delete the post or thread.

Further to Robert's reply above, we would also edit the opening post to refer readers to the most recent posts regarding current vacancies and contact details.
