I think the easiest one I've played whilst walking (to call it "marching" would be insulting to people who can march!!) is "Our Director". Don't know how common it is cos no-one's mentioned it so far.

The ones we usually get out of the library for these type of jobs are:

also played for one band who played When The Saints the crowd loved it.

When we did the Coventry Carnival in the 70's we played an arrangement of "The Stripper" - boiling hot day, band in shirt-sleeves, went down brilliantly - good glisses for the trombones as well!

We used to march to 'The Royal Trophy'. I believe that Brighouse march to this at Whit Friday. From what I recall it sounds great but isn't too difficult.
