Duckeries Entertainment Contest

Just wondered what other band are going to the Duckeries Contest on the 4th of July. Bestwood are making a return to contesting on that day after a number of years away.

I think we're going, and also I believe Welbeck and Whitwell might be. Good one for me this, it's literally about 5 minutes from my front door!

We were but unfortunately too many people can't make it and so borrowing isn't really an option.
Shame. Would of been very enjoyable.

What Time?

Does anyone know what time the Dukeries Contest starts and how long does it go on for?

Any other bands going apart from those posting above ?

The contest is due to start at 11 . Each band is due to play for 25 minutes with one solo item included. You can add to your list of bands Strata Brass as it is mentioned on the website. This means 8 Bands in total are taking part.
