aren't drums instruments then?!

Seriously(ish) though - why did you get bored? Was it the cornet, or the band/teaching?

You had a visitation too then!
Geezer can be rather persuasive, can't he?
Some people call it 'seeing the light.'
I prefer - 'finding the switch!'

I've gone on to playing all sorts of instruments over the years but that wasn't due to boredom, it was due to wanting to learn more! :D

If you get bored there's definatly something wrong :p

:)

I've been playing cornet most of my short life, (16 of my 21 years  ) although I have playd several others as well, never have I bot BORED of playing them!

I don't think you can get bored of playing an instrument but bored of who you are playing for/with!

Get bored VERY!!!!!!!! easily, thats why i tend not to really practise, unless i'm really into something then i'll spend a bit of time on it...just the way I am with a lot of things, i have a REALLY short attention span!

AND THE COLESAWS WERE VERY PAINFULLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
Why do you associate your cold sores with helping others? Were you sharing a mouthpiece? Risky!

Maybe you should also think about something else (2 somethings, really)

  • 1. Your teacher obviously thought you were good enough to help others
    2. You learn more about doing something by trying to teach it to someone else.

Sad, very sad!

I can't get bored of my instruments cos there are so many things happening! Exams, contests, concerts, tours, new music, new school bands, festivals.....I am kept busy with new challenges so I don't have time to be bored!
