Lofthouse Band just off the M62, National Finalists 2016, Yorkshire 4th Section Champions 2016, 3rd section from 2017 are looking for a solo cornet. Good mix of concerts and contests, a friendly, sociable band.

Uppermill Band (2nd Section) are looking for a Soprano player. We rehearse in Saddleworth which straddles the West Yorkshire/Lancashire border.
We have our own bandroom which has easy access to the M62 (Junction 22.) You would be made very welcome.

York Railway Institute Band (Championship Section) have vacancies for a Flugel Horn player and a Cornet player.
We are a friendly and ambitious Championship Section Band with great team spirit.
The band are led by Chris Hirst (ex Grimethorpe, Brighouse and Yorkshire Imps) and enjoy full rehearsals on Mondays & Thursdays (8.00pm-10.00pm) in our Bandroom which is close to York Railway Station. We have an excellent programme of concerts and contests.
Band members travel in from west, east and south of York so lifts are a possibility.
