Can anyone suggest any good "Pop Music" Arrangements.

Is there any Michael Jackson stuff out there? Now is the time to get it out of the library.

What about 'Thriller' arrnged by Phil Lawrence, published by Crabtree Music, available from De Haske. Not easy but fantastic and very effective - even has the scoring for someone to do a Vincent Price voice-over.

Someone posted a site with quite a few MJ numbers recently (... I couldn't find it unfortunately!). I have "Don't Stop Until You Get Enough" published and on sale here. I have now uploaded the first performance (in 2006) for evaluation. Mp3 file @128bits. The published version has been cleaned up a little.

Download here (3.4 meg)

'Buddy' by Derek Broadbent - a medley of Buddy Holly hits.

I'm afraid I'm not the world's biggest fan of the publisher beginning with B. Small publishers like Big Shiny and Red Dog can produce better music and they're genuinely friendly.

Really ? I never would have guessed

Surely my sardonicism wasn't that transparent? ;)

What I will say about them is that they go down a storm with audiences.....

(I just prefer the Ludwig / Red Special - Treble Booster - AC30 / Fender P-Bass / Freddie Mercury etc versions)
