A Mendip Celebration Errata

Important amendments to the score for A Mendip Celebration for all the fourth section finalists!!

Somerset Levels:
bar 29 2nd baritone mp as horns
bar 30 Eb and Bb basses one

Witch of Wookey Hole:
bar 1 euphonium, Bb bass two
bar 8 perc 2 loose cymbal
bar 13 Eb bass two

Priddy Sheep Fair:
bar 65 & 66 bass trombone should be Db not Eb
bar 85 Solo cornet mf cresc.
bar 87 sop f cresc.

If anybody else finds anything please let me know so I can let the publishers and contest organisers know.

Can you tell me whether the 1st and 2nd euphs stay with 2nd on top throughout the 1st movement as they are at the beginning or do they resort to the norm after that? Not hugely important but am curious.

Hi Paul,

Sorry for not getting to this thread sooner, have only just seen it. The 2nd euphonium is only on top (ooer) for the first six bars.
