5-a-side Football Tournament
Sunday 20 June at Old Brodleians RUFC, Hipperholme, West Yorkshire
First matches kick-off at 9.00am
Entry fee: £25 per team
spectators: £2 entry
Prize: £100 to winning team on each pitch
The tournament is open to any teams of five players over 16 years of age.
Teams, which can be male, female or mixed, will be allowed two substitutes
per match and each match will be played for ten minutes in each half.
16 teams will play on each pitch and the draw for the first round will take
place on Thursday 17 June, with teams being notified of their approximate
playing time prior to the event. Winning teams from the first round will
continue to the later stages until two teams are left to play in the final,
which will take place at approximately 5.00pm. Each pitch will have its own
final with £100 prize money for the winning team on each pitch.
Sandwiches will be on sale on the day and the club bar will also be open.

Entries don't need to be banders - if you have a work team or just a load of mates you go to the pub with, that is fine. The more the merrier!

Gonna bring the Shield with you Deave? Oh yeah forgot to ask, when are Sellers driving round the ring road in town on an open top bus displaying this shield? Will you be driving Deave? At least you could make some contribution to the band!!! :lol:

Yeah...we're gonna take the grandshield round town in crats yellow van with a small trailer for supporters. You're welcome to bring your trophy from Scottish Open if u so wish??

Are you out tomo night after band? We have our band dinner (free beer) and will be out in town after??? If you get a few of your lot out i might convince mr johnson to let us bring the shield to milton. haha

well i wasn't going to rudkin's hey gimp hey gimp...for a number 2 @ £16 a go......did last yr tho :shock: :? But they put a class thing in the back. Might get some sort of pattern in, in time for whit fridays

HOW MUCH... giving a mate a razor and telling him to set hisself away would be better :D and you'd probably end up wit a wicked haircut
