Just to update, Parr have been promoted to the 3rd section NW as of 1/1/13 and have just won the 4th section at Buxton festival. Surely there must be a budding tutti cornet player out there who might be interested.

Your calcs. for Ramsey Town in the 4th section are not right. They were 3rd last year and were in the third section the year before so will receive the average mark, which I think is 11.5, so they will have 19.5 points and go into next year in just 8 points.
