    Off topic - True, but in terms of attitude, I have not yet seen a willingness to crack jokes or show prejudice towards others groups as I have seen towards women.

    Thanks for the clarification. Interestingly enough, in my observation the movement does see to be quite dare I say it, progressive in its attitude towards the inclusion of ethnic minorities and LGBT as compared to gender.

    Written as intended. In the long term, the resentment that some women have would decrease along with that of reasonably thinking men, overall improving total harmony, making banding a more tolerant and welcoming place to be and going some way to helping with the problems in recruitment.
