I am still using both. New style LM-7 is available at the link earlier in the thread. If your use for either is general Band use the LM-7 would be your best option. The LM-15 is a specialist Solo mouthpiece and doesn't blend real well in Band playing.
I own a LM15 which I bought almost 10 years ago now. certainly helps with higher range. Most of the time I use LM 7 for general work. Makes range up and down easier. can reach lower range That I was not able to reach with conventional Brass Mouthpieces.
When I got my Sovereign I tried A 782 which I was told was non compensating and comparing the 2 there was more tubing around the valve block on my Sov. Maybe the 782 changed But I know what I saw when I bought my own. Besson are now owned by a european company and the 782 may have changed.
