sad to see imps in 9th, I was in when they played whats happend to this great band

You tell us, if you heard us what did you think?
Well for me, I,m only a player, not an adjudicator, Ist and 2nd movement very good, you have good soloist, yourself the best, lovely sound, 3rd too fast very untidy , 4th good, overall for me, it lacked life, and stile, but I thought it was a very good safe proformance, but its up to them in the box, but lets not go there, hope you and the band can get back to the top section ASAP where that great name in banding belongs.:tup

Just a thought - a few odd results are only to be expected this year with such disruption to bands preparation due to the bad weather. Taking nothing away from successful bands of course, but I would'nt read too much into the odd unexpected placing or two.

I agree its been dificult for most of the bands ie weather conditions but overall most bands have coped with it and the contest has been a succsess .The late start to the championship section saturday threw some bands rehersal plans askew but these things happen.

Any ideas why it's taking 4br so long to upload the full list of results for each section?

And has anyone else noticed their (new-found?) inability to proof read live commentaries?

Most of the bands had the same nationwide disruptions so I guess that makes it an even playing field.
