Default 'Nocturne' by Harold Noble

Does anyone know if this piece has been recorded at all? I played it nearly 30 years ago at the NYBBS with Geoffrey Brand - Fodens played it a concert recently and it was fantastic. Would love to find out if I can get a recording anywhere. I did hear that Fairey's may have recorded it but not confirmed. Cheers folks!

Hi Fiona
This is not directly helpful but I think I remember playing this piece with Wingates on a 'Listen to the Band' in about 1974. I think we only included it because the BBC 'pushed' it our way. The feeling was that it sounded clearly intended for the piano and I don't recall playing it much, if at all, after.

Of course it could have been another piece altogether after all it was another century!
