5 days and counting, I don`t get to go to the finals very often 22 years ago the last time, so I am really looking forward to Sunday. I don`t want to play for a band that wants pots of prizes, but to play well and do our best as a band of friends together. I`ve played for pot winners, have many friends, but going with Chalford on Sunday is a proud moment for me. I hope your day is as good as mine whatever the result .

I totally agree with you, it's about playing in a band of friends and playing to the best of your ability regardless of the result. There are enough rent a band's around who want to win at any cost.

I totally agree, except for having to work on Monday or the rest of next week.

Vivat! top piece, but looking forward to getting off stage, having played as well as we can, and hitting the bar/local pub for a few small libations

Well we came 17th, but I still love this piece of music, I mean we really didn`t play terribly but the overall standard was a lot higher than I expected and our performance was lower than needed.
