Just a brief reminder that applications for the 2012 Bandstand Marathon close on May 31.

An official Cultural Olympiad project, presented by Superact! and Making Music, for 2012 each Marathon venue has a £350 budget available to bands and community groups to access.

The 2012 Bandstand Marathon will take place on Sunday September 9, the same date as the closing ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
