    Bass Trombone star Doug Yeo to Play in Manchester for Brass Band Aid.

    Douglas Yeo, bass trombonist of the Boston Symphony and Boston Pops Orchestra and music director of the New England Brass Band will be the featured soloist this Tuesday 23rd January as he performs with Pennine Brass conducted by Ian Porthouse as they perform together at Chethams School of Music, Manchester. All proceeds from the concert (every single penny!!) will be donated to Brass Band Aid.
    The concert will take place at the Whitely Hall in Manchesters Chethams School of music starting at 7.30 pm.
    Brass Band Aid would like to thank Doug Yeo, Ian Porthouse, Pennine Brass, David Chatterton and Chethams School of Music for the use of their facitilies for this charity event.
    Please come along and support us we look forward to seeing you all.

    Anyone off to the concert in Manchester tonight? He is a legend I wish I could be there, and all for a good cause too!

    Sadly no, I wanted to meet him at Butlins, he had asked me to go and say hi but I didn't get chance.
