Ahyhoo... when its not raining... on those rare occasions when the stoor is removed, the usual sausages and burgers, some nice chicken and pepper kebabs, and beef and pork steaks marinaded overnight in soy sauce and some random spices from the cupboard.![]()
Oh... and plenty chilled beer....![]()

Today we have had to make Chicken&Lamb Kebabs with Lemon And Black Cracked Pepper on them with onions and mushrooms.
This was for a Chef who was to lazy to do them himself for the place where he works![]()
We cooked one to see what they were like and they were![]()
But dont ask me to do any for you as we HATE doing kebabs just take to much time to make when 50 are wanted with less then 12 hours notice![]()

Today we have done some Chicken with Cajun &Lemon with cracked black pepper Burgers Half Pounders, this was a special Burger we were asked to do, we were not to sure about them so we will have to wait and see as one of the places we suply as asked for them![]()
