You need to put the 3 tiles in their slots (under the stairs) and line them up so that when you drop the 'little dude' as you call it, he just goes backwards and forwards............

Dyl - how do I re-arrange teh stone tiles... all that happens at the mo is that they move back and forth but don't come out?
You don't need to take them out - just make sure there's a continuous passage from left to right then drop 'little dude' in there........
I seem to be wandering about the next set of rooms with a stick, having put the triangle on the big machine.

im still trying to arrange the passage under the stairs. but ive tryed for like 15mins but still no luck
I've lit the stick on the machine and lit the fire. I've then used the machine to cut up the triangle and placed the pieces in the security lock. but am now stuck!

That seems very cruel dyl!!!!

I'll struggle on for now. but can't get out of this room.

... me too ColinK - I have the pieces of the triangle in the security thing, but the door still hasn't opened. I assume there's only one correct way to assemble those 4 bits?

You have to leave room for the slider to pass from right to left, then the door is cracked open!
I'm now stuck on teh next code... Dyl..... tMP membership is after you!!!!!
Well, I will show this to my husband when he gets home from work and I'm sure it will guarantee me a night of sole use of the TV remote control!!

Just completed the thing now... took me about an hour. Must be all those years of playing Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle and Sam and Max. The "odd one out" panel had one of them were I wasn't sure WHY it was the odd one out. One with the white W. Right... I'm off to get a life now.

Does anyone know how to get out of the room with the motor bike and hose pipe in it?? I have picked up the torch and found the hole in the ground but it won't let me go down the hole :(

Have you got the disk from the cabinet? You need this in the computer before switching it on. Use the pin to open the diskette box to get he disk out!
I think that's right - can't quite remember it all now!

gemma - on top of the cupboard you'll find a diskette box with a disk in it - put that in the PC drive and you can proceed....

i did the game in 30mins 3 time around. i want more "more" 8)
I just spent ½ an hour messing around with the poster and thescrewdriver trying to get the key to the door. BUT I STILL CANT GET OUT OF THE FIRST ROOM!!!!! WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I GO MAD???????

The correct button is the odd one out each time. Theres tonnes of them though.
I've finally finished!!!!! but couldn't sign the book. Thanks dyl for an entertaining couple of days.
Left my husband doing it last night when I went out to Band.
Got back 2 and a half hours later, kids asleep in their clothes on the settee, plates still on the table, etc etc. He hadn't moved!!!
Luckily he finished it soon after I got home so he managed to go to work this morning!

Make a note of the letters in the screenshot of level 1, then click on the door in the image and you should get some more letters - re-arrange them to create a new word, then type it in and you should open another door.

You have to move the tile around until it rests on the 'blinking' square then it will eventually lead you into the fireplace!

Have you used the code pad to add up the numbers in the first room to open the wall? Go into that room and use the clock weights on the strig to release the chess piece for the plinth. Tell me if you need a better explanation.
I'm on the new levels at the bit with the snooker table...I've chalked the cue, I've got a screwdriver and a card, I've put the coin in but whenever I play it misses completely.....I hope that made sense :?

The tiles are full of lines. What follows lines? Make a path from one side of the box to t'other.

I can't get the machine to mix the colours I want. I know I have to mix certain colours, but how do I make them mix? When I click on the small wheels nothing happens, and sometimes it goes purple???

Im in a room where there are two statues wiv a puzzle they are holding which is two circles in each othwer with four colours round the edge. like those picture puzzles when ur a kid

just been told off for shouting by the music man...my dear is that better?
If my memory serves me correctly, then you the first red lazer wall should be gone now and you should be able to get into another room further up on your right. In there, there is another "computer" and to the left there is a wall. If you click behind the computer on the left hand side of the wall, it should move to reveal a ladder. If you can't get up the ladder, then walk all the way back to the room with the bed in it and re-arrange the furiture until you can the bed is moved and you can climb down the ladder into the room you were just in.
I have forgotten a bit. There is one "computer" or piece of machinery that you can click and the red "line" move up and down. This means that you can alter which lazer walls are on.
It's a bit confusing but I hope that helped. If you get stuck, join the chat that belongs to the game.

Stuck in the room with the fire. Have lit the fire and the security lock is reactivated, but how do I get out? Pretty please?
Is it the one with the triangular pieces of metal?? If it is, then turn off the light in the middle room and then put the tiangle piece of metal under the laser machine and press the button. This will split the metal into lots of little pieces. Then put them back into the security box and re-arrange them until they all fit and the door opens.
I did all that last night, lit the fire, split the triangle into pieces and fit them all in the security box, it says "the security panel is active again" but the door still won't open. :cry: I've tried again, and it still won't do it. :evil:
Oh, hang on, i've just tried again and they fit in more than one way :? I',m out now. :D

The green wall is really frustrating!! Basically you have to turn it all green bar a couple of rectangles. Start at the top left and just work your way down and across etc. No definate way to explain it, just persevere with it and you get through it! You'll know when it is done as the wall will move.
Dinie - which one is level 5 again? Can't remember off the top of my head.

Have you worked out that if you click a grey sqaure (can't be bothered to kepp writing rectangle!) then the one above, below, to the left and the right turn green?
Kind of like in a cross. Sometimes you have to turn them back to grey to progess. Just start at the top left and systematically work your way down and across. As soon as you move off to another area it goes pear shaped.
Took me quite a few attempts. Can't really explain it better than that as you just have to keep trying.
Sorry for the rubbish help - I know how annoying that level is!!

If i remember correctly and I could well be wrong, cos it was a long time ago. First of all, have you move the bed in the upstairs room so that you can go down the ladder into what I call the computer room? If no, then do it, if yes, then in the computer room, if you click on the left hand side of the "computer" then the red lines will move. You will notice that this changes which lasers walls are lit. That way, you should be able to get past the last laser wall. Can't remember what you do with the torch and the pass, but you are right near the end, so don't give up.
Phew, I did it, I'd missed the key on top of the light shade and the code to be keyed in at the last laser door. But I did it. Yaaaay :lol:
