Alan France, long time member of the brass band community, and father of Martyn France, MD of Watford Band.

On Thursday Alan suffered a major heart attack, his second in less than 12 months. Thanks to the quick actions of Alan's wife he is now out of intensive care at St. Mary's hospital in London.

Please could hold Alan and his family in your thoughts and prayers? Thanks.

Cheers, Greg.
