This is obviously something to do with the server transfer.

I've had a couple of problems when trying to post, but they were all fixed by altering the URL.

The pages that don't work - I found they were all of the form:

http://themouthpiece.co.uk/something.php?etctetc

missing the phrase 'phpbb' in there.

If you get a page that 404s, try adding in 'phpbb' e.g., the above url would become:

http://themouthpiece.co.uk/phpbb/something.php?etcetc

As David says, the forum can be found on http://www.themouthpiece.co.uk/phpbb/

For anyone still encountering login issues (i.e. being taken back to a test forum when they login) here's a way to get around it.
1) Login as normal
2) If you are brought back to a test forum, locate the address bar, and copy the section that says ?sid=blahblahblah
3) Click your browser's Back Button
4) Paste ?sid=blahblahblah at the end of the URL in the address bar. It should now read http://www.themouthpiece.co.uk/phpbb/?sid=blahblahblah OR http://www.themouthpiece.co.uk/phpbb/index.php?sid=blahblahblah
5) Click Go, or press enter.
6) You should now be taken to the forum main page post-login.

OK, Ok, OK - I have been caught RED handed and I admit to being guilty. I have been experiencing some cookie issues and earlier this morning I ammended some of these configuration cookie settings which probably meant that the replies you were receiving had the incorrect address in the URL as Dave pointed out.

I actually ammended what is called the 'script path' to the forums, which then caused several emails to go out without the /phpbb being referred to - hence the 404 errors people may have received...

Sorry...!!!

Should be OK now...

As for the test forum issue - that also should be sorted now and was due to going live on a new server with our webhost and not the test server I had initially set the test forum up on. So, when we copied all the files over on Sunday evening, some of the DNS settings were still pointing at my previous webhost... :? errrm... you know what I mean yeah.. :)
