Well, thanks to all of your contributions and continuous ongoing support here on theMouthPiece.com we have grown tremendously during these past few months and I continue to be overwhelmed by your enthusiasm and commitment to our site. theMouthPiece.com has grown so much during these last few months that I am unable to keep up with the rate of postings and submission of new threads & topics. I am very grateful to have therefore accepted the generous offers from several of our senior members to accept the role as theMouthPiece.com Moderators.

Keppler - NealPlease contact Roger, Ian, Neal or Rachel (or indeed myself) with any queries you might have regarding posts or threads on theMouthPiece.com - we are all here to help.
The role of Moderator is usually a very interesting and stimulating responsibility, but sometimes it can also be quite difficult and frustrating. Please help me to help you by co-operating as much as possible with the Moderators when asked to do so. Please don't forget that all Moderators are volunteers and have agreed to undertake these significant additional responsibilities in their own time.
I am sure you will all join me in offering support to Roger, Rachel, Ian and Neal. :D

The 4 people that have been promoted are probably the best bunch of people you could have possible promoted - they're funny kind, considerate - and they're not afraid to bump up their phone-bill!

Best wishes to all our new moderators. Having turned on the computer yesterday morning to find 320 new posts, they are obviously going to have their work cut out. Let's all give them every assistance to maintain such a useful and friendly forum, with the right mix of fun and serious discussions.

Slighlty disturbed that these people have the power to change all of our comments!! But I'm sure they will do excellently and keep the mouthpiece neat and tidy.

Not sure if that is actual concern or if you're just joking :? (difficult to determine body language when online eh) but I thought I's post this just to reassure you.
I have asked the Moderators not to simply edit posts, but when they need to intervene for whatever reason that they put something like "EDIT: bla bla bla" within the post and/or add their own reply to the thread explaining whay they are doing what they have done... and of course, I trust them 100% to do the right thing. :D
Hope that makes sense...

I am indeed a tree, and have had my branches especially carpentered in order for me to be able to type on my built in lap top! :wink: haha no.....i just have the unfortunate last name of Twigge. Unlucky I know!!
But I was joking about the editting, I am sure that they will use their new found powers appropriately!

By what I have seen so far (or am I blind) there has not been many problems with people on this forum and most people are completely genuine.
But it is good to see more people who able to make this site safe, so to speak. Well Done :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
