nat what do u mean. Being principal cornet of my band is the most important thing in the world to me and I am more than 100% committed - more than my teacher training, but how can I be the best principal cornet and help move the band on, if I dont get experience and learn at the same time. Banding is a friendly movement and we all need to help each other out. Banding is about being part of one big community. :D
