Info on Clive Barraclough

Hi,
An American friend is compiling a book on brass bands and needs info on Clive Barraclough and his march Simmoraine.

I am told it was named after his 2 children Simon & Lorraine, and that he played Baritone (?) in Loughborough Band (?) at some time.

Clive played euph for Lindley Band in the late 1960's, I think he'd just come out of the army - I used to guest for them quite a bit and got to know him reasonably well - He was a nice guy.
As you say the march was named after his children.
