What can I say?

Fantastic.

Well done lads, take it to next season!

Nothing like doing it the hard way though!

Felt sorry for John Terry - if he hadn't stopped Vidic from swinging a few punches after the handbags at dawn with Drogba might have been a different story!

Ronaldo - brilliant player but what was that penalty about??

Should have been 3-1 at half time anyway, think Man U had the wrong boots on for the second half and Rooney was obviously nobbled by somebody.

Delighted they won though..

Go on the Devils.

Although Mr Terry seemed to 'slip up' a bit. ;)

Shouldn't this be in the Liverpool FC thread?

I think the better team won - just.

I was screaming at the TV for Tevez's header to go in following Rooney's tackle, move out of defence 50+ yard pass and Ronaldo's cross. Would have been goal of the season.

A great advert for English Football (until the 115th Minute, anyway) though I think we've now seen the last of Drogba in a Chelsea shirt. Anyone to bet on Anleka scoring 30 next year?

Personally, I am glad it happened that way.

Just goes to show, all the money in the world can't buy success at the highest level.

No, but having nearly all the money in the world can.

Well, you know what I mean, personally I think all single owners should stay out of football.

Then we wouldn't have the situation at Liverpool, City or Newcastle.

No, but it can buy you a painting of a dinner lady sleeping.

Most clubs in the Premiership last season were owned by a single owner:

Aston Villa
Chelsea
Fulham
Portsmouth
Reading
West Ham
Man City
Newcastle
Middlesborough
Wigan
United

Liverpool aren't, which is the root cause of the problems.

Sadly, I suspect this will become the norm going forward.

He may well get 30, just not for Chelsea. I think we might have seen the last of Shevchenko, Anelka and Drogba in a Chelsea shirt next season (and Pizarro too. Remember him?)

After the "no-match" FA Cup final last season, I thought it was a fantastic game, great advert for the game in England, etc.
However, once again Utd proved they are the luckiest team in football today. But fair play, they have been the best team in the Premiership so they deserved it, having lost AT HOME to Coventry in the Carling Cup and AT HOME to Portsmouth in the FA Cup.
Chelsea just proved that money don't guarantee success (1st time in 4 seasons with no silverware! - oh boo- hoo!)

Anyhoooooo, thanks for coming, see you next year, when Liverpool will want the trophy back (we get bored of letting other English clubs borrowing the Champions League trophy so it looks like they are good in Europe).

What am I talking about? I have no idea.
God bless.

Is it true that there is to be a statue of John Terry erected outside the Man Utd supporters club?
