Burry Port

Anyone know the results at Burry Port today? Just come in from a big band gig. I know Ceri Thomas came second but with which band? Burry Port or Rogerstone? Thanks for the text Ceri..can't repeat it on ere though :lol: :oops:

In the 4th section Glynneath came 3rd, Vale of Glamorgan came 2nd (hurray - my band!!!), and Goodwick came 1st (and won best instrumentalist). I know Pontypool won 3rd section but don't know any more results.

Championship Section
1). Burry Port (Tallis Variations)
2). Tongwynlais (Chivalry)
3). Mid Rhondda (Connotations)

First Section
1) Ammanford (Purcell Variations)
2) Rogerstone (Trittico) - Ceri conducted us Alan.
3) Ynyshir (Purcell Varitions)

Second Section
1) Newbridge Celynen (Oceans)
2) RAF St Athan
Can't remember who was third

Not a good turn out really as only three First section bands an five championship bands turned up.
