Yes, quite funny, but it's actually an ad for The Guardian, not the Telegraph.

It's not an article, it was an ad on the tv this weekend advertising this weeks in depth pre World Cup suppliment and analysis.
Very funny advert, the lads on the training ground are being watched from a nearby car (the view is from inside the car) being given training on falling down and "looking like they've been shot" techniques.
