Something different to celebrate Mozart 250.
The Overture to Il Seraglio
This sparkling overture is six minutes of class. Full of typical Mozart, sparkling allegro’s and a melodic andante. Arranged by Darrol Barry, the scoring reflects Mozart’s orchestration. Plenty of double tonguing but easy alternatives provided. So why not look a bit further than Eine Kleine or Elvira Madigan and give your band and audience something a bit different!!
