Beaumaris Band Alive and Kicking!

I was very concerned to read the statement posted on this forum as regards the demise of the Beaumaris Band.

I have contacted the Beaurmaris Band this evening and they inform me that they are as strong as ever and they have no intention of folding.

In fact they have their Christmas Concert this evening and have 150 musicians taking part! - that doesn't sound like a band about to fold to me.

Best wishes and Merry Christmas to everyone at the Beaumaris Organisation, and long may it continue.

deeply sorry for any upset caused... i posted originally as a result of what i later found to be malicious gossip heard in a local welsh pub.
