As the August Website of the Month competition ended in a draw, only decided in favour of Fodens by John's casting vote, it has been decided that the runner-up, www.verwoodconcertbrass.co.uk , should receive automatic nomination and seconding for the September competition.

I'll second it!!

I'm afraid under the following rule, we cannot accept this second.

A nomination must be seconded before it will be considered for the random draw for the final poll. The second must come from somebody who is not affiliated with the site being nominated. (We know this will be difficult to enforce, but please comply).
But I'm sure someone will be happy to do so for you. ;)

Id like to nominate our bands site, www.campbeltownbrass.co.uk (http://www.campbeltownbrass.co.uk).

One of Scotland's youngest competing bands, Campbeltown Brass is also one of the furthest travelled bands, being situated on the picturesque Mull of Kintyre, on the West coast of Scotland.

Its only been on the go since the end of May, but its full of news, information and photos of the band, and its also my 1st attempt at a website! Also John (the Musicman) helped me set it up and is hosting it, another reason to put it in the running!! ;)

Go on, you know you want to second it!!

Cheers :tup

I had a look at the site, and it was very nice, especially for a first attempt at a website.

I wish we could bring our average age down a bit closer to your band's (it must be over 40!)
