Subscriptions: everyone receiving them??

Hi All

Can a few people confirm for me please that they are receiving their tMP thread subscriptions as required? I have a few people who are not receiving theirs and am doing a few checks to make sure all is OK this end.

Nope. I'm one of the ones who reported I've not got one recently - I did get them, then they suddenly stopped.

I'm glad it's not just me - I thought I'd offended someone ;)

I know which day was the ;ast one - I came back on Wednesday, read through all my back mail and then thursday's arrived as normal. After that, zilch.

They are definitely not arriving at my mail server. The settings in the subscriptions section of the CP are all set to daily.

In this case I shall have to put a support request to vBulletin because as far as I can tell all the settings are as they should be. I shall advise when I hear back from them as to what the issue might be...

On the recommendation of vBulletin I made an ammendment to my server settings. Please can you let me know tomorrow if this makes any difference to your thread and post subscriptions.

I'm not sure if I'm getting them... it may just be I haven't been on lately and the 250+ that I'm subscribed to (:oops: ) haven't been updated much...

I wasn't getting emails from tMp, but this week I reset (and *reconfirmed*) my email address to a slightly different variation, and now they are arriving again.

Wonder if the "confirmed" bit might be getting lost from the user file/database - John? Might be worth checking for people who aren't getting them....
