Nothing to do with me - I've just been put on to it. Don't think I'll be bidding though; it looks as if it's going to get quite steep!

There's a B&H Class B Euphonium on eBay at the moment too. I understand that these are rather rarer than the Class As, as they were made of inferior materials, and most of them have fallen to bits by now.

The last I heard, Charlie has had some computer problems and may still be off-line. I'm sure he'll be disappointed not to have seen this one. I managed to get over to Slough for his last quartet recital and it was good to put a face to the name, as well as hearing some good music.
