The National Capital Band of the Salvation Army, based in Washington, DC, has announced that a Reunion Weekend celebrating the band's 80 years of continuous service will be held in the Washington Metro area on the weekend of 11 - 13 November 2005. Events for the weekend are still in the planning stages. The band would like to have as many former members as possible attend the weekend events.
